| I have worked with Forumotion almost too much and i could just say off the top of my head how to allow signatures..... well here goes ( if this leads to dead ends tell em and ill correct myself)
Users/Members:Go to Profile>preferences> and enable signatures.
Admin: If you dont have the Signatures enabled then an admin has to go to the Admin Panel>User and Groups>User Options> and have the All members things set for signatures where it says "Enable Signatures"
